Begin with a gentle yoga practice designed to release tension and create space within. As your body uncoils and softens, we'll transition to a guided writing ritual where you'll explore your inner creative landscape through the power of words. The experience culminates in a transcendent soundbath journey, where crystal singing bowls and gentle percussion will wash away stress and invite profound relaxation.

No previous experience necessary—just bring your curious heart and willingness to surrender.
