Our Spirit Babies

A space to remember, to honour & to unveil the love that still remains.

You no longer have to hold it all on your own.

Born from my own experience of being held by the women closest to me after my first miscarriage, I know how deeply healing it can be to have a space where your story can be shared, your spirit babe remembered and your experience witnessed.

Yet, so many women have walked this passage without that support. Some have never had the opportunity to share their birth story. Some have carried their grief quietly for years. And some are only just finding the language for their experience.

For many of us, the dates come around each year, often unnoticed by those around us. But our bodies remember. The grief doesn't simply disappear and neither does the love. We carry these little souls with us, long after the world has moved on.

Our Spirit Babies is an invitation to gather in sisterhood, to remember, to honour and to give these little lives a sacred place in our stories.

Through gentle somatic grounding, heart-opening practices, intuitive movement, prayer, journaling and shared witnessing, we will create space to speak their names, honour their births and gently reflect on the gifts their little spirits have brought us.

Because we are their mothers. However briefly they were here, their lives touched ours. They are part of our stories, part of our becoming and they deserve to be remembered.

Whether you are carrying this experience tenderly years later or are only just beginning to find the words, you are welcome here. There is no expectation to share more than feels comfortable. You are welcome to simply arrive, light a candle for your spirit babe and be held in the presence of other women.

We cannot change the way our stories unfolded but we can create space for them to be honoured.

We can remember together. We can witness one another. And perhaps, in sharing what we have carried for so long, some of the weight becomes a little lighter.

We are stronger together.

This gathering is open to any woman who has experienced pregnancy loss, stillbirth or the loss of an infant. Please share this invitation with your friends, sisters, mothers, aunties and grandmothers who may need a space like this, too.
