We look forward to welcoming you and your team to our Melbourne warehouse for a rewarding day of hands-on volunteering, helping provide essential items to vulnerable babies and children across Victoria.
Volunteering Details:
Days: Monday - Friday
Time: 9:30am - 4:00pm
Group Size: 5-30 people
📍 Location: 14 Winterton Road, Clayton VIC 3168
Volunteer Activities:
Clean and safety-check prams, car seats and high chairs
Sort and pack clothing, toys and books
Prepare care packs for babies, children and carers
Booking Cost:
$110 + GST per person
Minimum booking value: $1,100 + GST (up to 10 participants).
Additional participants are charged at $110 + GST per person.
Payment Information:
Payment can be made by credit card or invoice.
If the invoice option is selected, payment must be received within 14 days of booking. Unpaid bookings will be cancelled and released to other groups.

FAQs
- What is the Cancellation/Change Policy?
Volunteers are crucial to the operations of our warehouse. If you are unable to meet your commitments please let us know as early as possible and we will endeavour to find an alternative date.
Late cancellations or changes to bookings impacts our operations and fees will be charged as follows
Changes to booking (date or number of people):Within 7 days of the scheduled date - 50% fee charged
Cancellation of booking:
7-14 days’ notice - 50% fee charged
0–7 days’ notice - 100% fee charged
We appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or modify your booking.
As the cost-of-living crisis continues to impact our community, we urgently need help to meet the rising demand for our services. We would love to have your team onboard to assist us.
- If I select invoice as payment option, how long do I have to pay?
If you select invoice as payment method, you will receive an invoice via email provided.
Your booking will be secured, but if payment is not made in 14 days the booking will be cancelled.
- What is the dress code?
Dress Code: Casual clothing and closed-toe shoes required. Our warehouse has limited heating and cooling, so please dress for the weather.
