OUT of ABINGDON create soulful, acoustic, lounge music filtered from influences including Stevie Ray Vaughan, Kenny Burrell, Bjork and Nina Simone.
Tina’s sultry, honeyed vocals and grooving double bass accompanied by Warwick’s fearless expressive guitar and smouldering, understated vocals create a sensual atmosphere and dynamic stage presence!

David Flower

Singer-songwriter and musician from the East Coast of Australia; playing progressive roots, folk funk and blues. Known for spirited and engaging performances, filling dance floors with his trademark acoustic guitar feels and dynamic rich vocals David plays acoustic guitar, harmonica, ukulele, bass and sitar. His songwriting is captured through four albums. 

From solo to full band, David Flower's live shows are uplifting and brimming with atmosphere playing progressive roots, boogie blues, funk and reggae, making for an acoustically groovy show rich in rhythm and soul. The energy is contagious!

David Flower and Out of Abingdon met at a Queensland festival and after many a campsite jam, Warwick and Tina now join David whenever the stars align to form a Jazzy blues trio. David’s vocals are high in dynamics and full of soul and his trademark acoustic guitar skills shine as he takes the audience on a wonderful musical journey.The sound of Warwick’s pure tone electric sound with Tina on Double bass  brings out a Beautiful and unique sound and Out Of Abingdon are currently playing high end Jazz and blues venues and festivals across the country and the world. Expect a beautiful set from Out Of Abingdon with music that have seen them recently play along side the iconic Vince Jones and the David Flower live experience gets even better when these three join up to take it out...and be warned this will get the feet moving to get you up and dancing on the lawn.

Where? Sunbird Cottage - 14 Rifle Range Road, Mount Marlow (the treed in place on the corner of Rifle Range and Mount Marlow Rise)

Parking? We suggest car pooling or booking a maxi cab or share ride however there is angle parking on the nature strip of the corner block.

What to bring? A plate to share or a little picnic for yourself and your drinks
