OUT OF BOUNDS

Out of Bounds is an exciting artist sharing platform presented by two of Australia’s leading dance companies, Lucy Guerin Inc and Temperance Hall. This August, 25 independent Victorian dance artists will develop and present a short showing of recent choreographic investigations to local audiences and fellow artists at Temperance Hall.

The initiative provides artists the opportunity to receive critical feedback from the two organisations’ respective Artistic Directors, Lucy Guerin AO and Phillip Adams, as well as from attending artists and peers.

EVENT SCHEDULE 

Each session will present the work of three different artists, followed by facilitated group discussion. You can register for multiple sessions.

SATURDAY 12 AUGUST

SESSION 1: 12pm –1.30pm Bek Coates, Mitch Spadaro

SESSION 2: 1.30pm – 3pm Alex Dobson, Vourneen Ni'Cainin, Shian Law

SESSION 3: 3pm – 4.30pm Jiawen Feng, Sarah Saxon, Alec Katsourakis

SESSION 4: 4.30pm – 6pm Loxy, Zoë Bastin, Enzo Nazario

SUNDAY 13 AUGUST

SESSION 1: 12pm – 1.30pm Karlia Cook, Giovanna Yate Gonzalez, Yuiko Masukawa

SESSION 2: 1.30pm – 3pm  Valentina Emerald, Carmen Yih & Jiawen Feng, Mara Galagher

SESSION 3: 3pm – 4.30pm Paul Jay, Opal Russell, Alexander Powers

SESSION 4: 4.30pm – 6pm Chiharu Valentino, Mitchell Aldridge, Iris Elgar
