Psychosocial hazards are not exotic. They are the BAS quarter, the Christmas ramp and the customer who shouts at the front desk. They sit inside a normal week, in businesses run by people who care about their staff.

This session runs the day before the October BAS deadline, so one of the three scenarios is not a case study. It is Wednesday.

What is covered

The named psychosocial hazard categories, in plain language, without the regulatory vocabulary
Where each one actually shows up in a small business, using the three scenarios
Why high demands with low control is the pattern that catches accounting practices, and what it looks like before anyone complains
How hazards combine, which is where most businesses are caught out

On the day: a hazard checklist, scored live against your own business. Your answers stay with you.

Takeaway: the hazard identification checklist, emailed with the recording and slides.

45 minutes. Free. Online via Microsoft Teams, link sent on registration.
