Insurance pays one bill. The empty desk pays the other one, and that bill lands on you.

This session puts real numbers against a psychological injury in a small business, keeps the insured and uninsured costs separate, and attributes every figure so you can check it yourself.

What is covered

What the national data says about time off work and compensation for psychological injury claims, against all serious claims
What a NSW claim costs on average, what that figure is and what it is not
The costs no insurer touches: the absence, the cover, the retraining, the management hours, the work that quietly stops
What happens to premiums, and why the answer is different for a business of eight than for a business of eighty

On the day: a guess-the-number poll before the data appears, and a live costing of one of the three business scenarios, chosen by the room.

Takeaway: a cost exposure worksheet, plus access to a free online exposure calculator. No sign-up, no purchase path.

45 minutes. Free. Online via Microsoft Teams, link sent on registration.
