Out of the Closet Comedy

Out of the Closet Comedy is Hobart’s unapologetically queer comedy night; loud, proud, and laugh-out-loud funny. Showcasing LGBTQIA+ comedians this is a space where lived experience meets sharp wit, camp chaos, and fearless storytelling.

Hosted by the incomparable Leelyn Double Chin but out of drag this time, the night brings together some of Tasmania’s funniest voices for a high-energy, no-holds-barred comedy show that celebrates queerness in all its forms. Featuring a stellar lineup (announced on socials) expect punchlines with purpose, crowd-favourite chaos, and moments that swing from hilarious to heartfelt.
