THEN THIS OUTCOMES MEASUREMENT WORKSHOP IS FOR YOU.

This one day workshop, facilitated by Paul Flatau from the Centre for Social Impact, will:

• provide background to the relevance and importance of outcomes measurment
• teach how to measure and assess your organisation's impact
• develop your understanding of the difference you are making and how to report it

During the training, you will work through a comprehensive Outcomes Measurement Booklet, using your own organisation as the example.

Suitable for all staff from senior management involved in program/service design and evaluation to the frontline worker delivering the program/service. Also suitable for staff from various funding bodies responsible for managing funding agreements.
