As a dad of 4 kids (aged 8yr old, 7yr old and two 5 yr olds by the time this course starts) I really value the opportunity to share some experiences and knowledge around working though basic skills and training with your family.

It might be you that gets injured, it might be them, it may never happen at all, but if it does there is nothing better than a bit of a plan and some knowledge to assist in those moments.
