Kundalini monthly in person class Wednesday 8 October 7pm.
Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. It begins at the base of the spine and coils up to the top of the crown chakra and beyond. In Kundalini, we use breath, sound, movement, mantra and mudra to realign our body back to balance.
We come back to our core essence. We call it the "Sat Nam" identity.
Class is 50min long.
Casual visit $25 or 2 for $40.
