If your New Year's resolution is to be less stressed, get outside and exercise more a weekend yoga class with Jen is a great place to start!

Come get tangled up, find your feet and maybe your balance in an outdoor yoga class on the majestic grounds of the Ripponlea Estate.

The class will combine breath with movement, flow through poses and move in ways you may not expect releasing the tension from the week, before closing with a gentle relaxation under the clouds.

Forgotten the last time you touched your toes or can’t tell your left from your right? Jen has a trick for that. All levels welcome.

BYO yoga mat or, if you don't have one use a picnic blanket instead.

A bit about Jen:
Jen has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching group fitness for almost a decade. You may have seen her hosting the Yoga Guide TV show, on Tickr News, at the Bendigo Yoga Festival, or Inverloch Yoga Festival.
