Our wonderful sponsor, Kym, is offering a free class to our Social Mums Club community. Set in the beautiful outdoors in Hawthorne, on the Brisbane River, Kym's classes are a wonderful reset after a busy day or busy week. This class is for all abilities and all ages.

Helping you to accept things as they are without resistance
Small classes up to 10 people.
45 minutes in duration

If you have older kids, that can play somewhat unsupervised, there is a play ground next to us to keep them occupied.

This class is FREE, but please register your attendance to guarantee your place. If you cannot make it, please let me know asap, so your spot can go to another mum on the waitlist.

WHAT IF I CAN'T DO THE POSES OR EXERCISES?: Yoga classes are all about what your body allows you to do. It is not a competition on who can bend forward the most…. If an exercise or pose does not work for your body, because of an old injury, a health condition, or simply because it doesn’t feel right or comfortable, you simply do it in a way that works for you, or you go back into Child Pose. This is a position we return to every time something does not feel right in our body. During our exercises I also offer alternative poses for each one of you to choose from. These classes are suitable for everybody.
