Ground Practice was created to help make yoga more accessible and to ground the practice in our community.

Ground Practice - ROAM is a fun flowing sequence designed to help us connect with our body, challenge ourselves and smile.

The class is aimed at beginner and intermediate levels. Options will be offered throughout so you can practice in a way that feels right for you.

Ground Practice is about more than movement. It is about creating space to practice together, spend time in nature and build a stronger sense of connection with ourselves, each other and the places we live.

Find Your Ground.

Practice In Nature.

This event was made possible due to the support of the Long Bay Residents Association (LBRA) - check them out at longbay.nz, to join for free or donate to their great work.
