Join the charismatic Jose Asmat for 55 minutes of high-energy Zumba dance fitness, shaking it to contagious rhythms of merengue, salsa, bachata, reggaeton, and more. The session will finish with 15 minutes of gentle yoga stretches led by Paloma, perfect for cooling down and releasing tension.

What to bring & wear:

Sneakers or comfy shoes
Water bottle
Optional: towel for your sweat!
