Do I need to be vaccinated to attend SEE events?
In line with Tasmanian Public Health guidelines, all SEE events will require attendees over the age of 12 to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

How do we provide proof of vaccination?
You’ll need to provide proof of vaccination when entering the venue. The easiest way to provide proof of vaccination is via the Check in TAS App.

What if I don’t use the Check in TAS app / don’t have proof of vaccination on my app?
We’ll also accept printed government-approved documentation if you do not have a smartphone.

Why are you making it mandatory for people to be vaccinated to attend ticketed events?
This policy is in line with current Tasmanian Public Health directives which now require proof of vaccination for specific event and community settings.

How do I add my vaccine certificate to the Check-In TAS app?
Please refer to the Tasmanian government’s guidance.

What if I have an exemption for the vaccine? Can I still attend?
SEE is working with Public Health to determine valid exemptions in accordance with the Tasmanian Government policy for events. Once confirmed, you’ll need to provide the correct exemption documentation before you can attend the event.

Can I cancel my tickets if I become unwell or can’t attend due to covid restrictions?
If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend. If you have booked tickets, you can request a refund through Humanitix.
