Outside the Lines: A Collaboration with collaboARTive

The Ignatian Center for the Arts at Belen Jesuit Preparatory School and collaboARTive have invited Miami’s vibrant artist community to come together in an exhibition titled ‘Outside The Lines: A Collaboration with collaboARTive.’ This new show stems from the 2020 Biennial BRADICA that featured artists from the historic Bird Road Art District.
collaboARTive’s Board Chair Ignacio Font explained, “After a great deal of reflection, we decided to change the name and focus of this exhibition. Part of our mission as a non-profit arts organization is to create resources and possibilities for artists at all levels of practice. This means going "outside the lines" of the Bird Road Art District, inviting artists from across South Florida.”
The exhibition will showcase artists from across South Florida, from as far north as Boca Raton and south to Homestead. The exhibition opens Friday, January 29, 2023 and will remain open through March 24, 2023, with events scheduled to encourage attendance and exploration; as part of collaboARTive’s mission, there will be some Creative Play included in the events, too.
