Final shape of your artwork must be HEXAGON!
$20 per entry. You can submit no more than two entries.
The exhibition will be in October 2022 and will be part of the Queanbeyan Palerang Regional Arts Trail. 

HOW TO ENTER:
You can register online and pay for your entry through this site.
Once you have registered you will receive access to download your entry forms and label.
You can also call Helen to arrange registration in person. 

FIND YOUR HEXAGON:
You can purchase a hexagon canvas through us at cost price. You can add this when you pay for your entry through Humanitix.
15cm/6" canvas = $8, 30cm/12" canvas = $20.  Please call Helen to arrange collection time.
Alternatively you can source or create your own hexagon shape.
Your works of art can not be larger than 1.5m unless they can be placed in our outside Gallery space. 

BEGIN CREATING:
This year we have chosen the theme to be the HIVE.
We look forward to seeing the many and varied interpretations and expressions of this theme.

SUBMITTING YOUR ART:
Works must be delivered to The Queanbeyan Hive Gallery, 274 Crawford Street, Queanbeyan between Thursday 15 September – Sunday 18 September 11-3pm.
Early submissions will be used to help promote the exhibition by featuring in local cafe/shop windows. Please contact us to arrange early drop off/collection.

Entrants agree that;

• All works must be for sale, be accompanied by the entry form and include the label for the back of the artwork
• Create Collaborate Collective Inc will take 25% of all sales
• Works must be kept within the hexagon shape but may consist of any medium. Works must be no larger than 1.5m unless they are suited for outdoor display. 
• Artworks are ready for hanging with felt protectors to protect our tin walls from damage. If your artwork is really heavy contact us to discuss alternative display options.
• All works are to be collected in the week following the close of the exhibition. Dates and times to be announced but this will be either the last week of October or first week in November.
• While all reasonable care will be taken, Create Collaborate Collective Inc will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of art work that may occur during or after the exhibition
• Create Collaborate Collective Inc will dispose of all works that are not collected 2 months after closure of the exhibition
