Inspired by the bright and cheerful space at Luli Creative House, tbd. dance collective has created a new, 30-minute choreographic work exploring both the architecture and openness of the room. Movement will be illuminated by the natural light streaming in through the large, industrial windows, intertwined with colorful fabrics, and surrounded by cozy furniture, that will serve as both audience seating and a prop for the dancers. tbd. is thrilled to once again collaborate with Omaha-based musician Megan Siebe to provide a composition of loops and soundscapes that interweave alongside the dancer's movement and fabrics. 
In addition to creating an original score for tbd., Megan will perform a live solo set prior to the dance performance!

About tbd. dance collective
tbd. is a nonprofit dance company with a creative process + vision built around exploration and collaboration. Operating under the belief that movement can be a platform for communication and connection, it is our mission to provide unique dance experiences through performance and education that encourage dialogue and expand perceptions of movement as an art form.
We work with artists and organizations of all kinds to produce movement based productions that feature multidisciplinary collaboration and are rooted in modern and contemporary dance. Our work is highly imaginative and seeks to discover the possibilities for performance within unconventional spaces. Our goal is to continue building and strengthening the community of movement artists in Nebraska, while simultaneously enriching the city of Omaha through performances and education.

About Megan Siebe 
Megan Siebe is a multi-instrumentalist from Grand Island, Nebraska. Since moving to Omaha in 2007, she has joined many other musicians in playing shows and touring (Cursive, Neva Dinova, Sean Pratt, Mesa Bouy, Simon Joyner), and recorded numerous string arrangements for many various albums. She released her own album "Swaying Steady" in 2021. 
When she is not creating music for herself and other music acts, she teaches beginning band and orchestra to 4th and 5th graders in Millard Public Schools (which is a joy in itself).
