Owaken Breathwork presents: THE OWAKENING, AUCKLAND

A weekend of transformation and healing brought to you by Hellè Weston & Lukis Mac - international speakers & co-founders of Owaken Breathwork.

This long-awaited event is coming to Auckland on the 19th & 20th June in an upgraded, extended experience with two 6-hour days designed to shift your reality from the inside-out.

SATURDAY 19TH JUNE: LEVEL 1 - Heal your past
10am - 4pm (6hrs)

Are you ready to release the past? Want to forgive but not quite sure how to truly let go?

In level 1, we'll support you to find freedom from emotions like guilt, shame, bitterness, frustration, anger, hurt, sadness.

You'll learn foundational tools to transform your state of being and access more peace, clarity & meaning.

SUNDAY 20TH JUNE: LEVEL 2 - Create your future
10am - 4pm (6hrs)

In order to live an extraordinary life, you'll need to unlock new levels of power, clear resistance to change, commit to your inner alignment and go all-in with your ideal vision.

In level 2, we'll guide you to break cycles of self-destructive thinking & behaviour + wire yourself for maximum creativity, courage and connection to your true calling.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW TO PREPARE:

PLEASE BRING THESE ESSENTIALS TO THE EVENT WITH YOU:
Yoga mat or blanket to lay on, a blanket to put over you to keep warm during Owaken Breathwork, a pillow or cushion to sit on, journal, pen, water bottle & snacks.

Wear: Comfortable clothing.

Parking: plenty of spots are available locally around the venue.

Where is the venue: The Ellerslie Event Center - Great Northern Room.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

* Q: Will there be an experience of Owaken Breathwork in this event?

A: Yes! There will be a range of guided experiences designed to bring you deep healing, transformation and insights, including 1 hour+ of Owaken Breathwork per day.

* Q: Can I just attend level 2?

A: No. Because this is our first tour of The Owakening, Level 2 is completely new to everyone (including those who have done The O2 Awakening or an Owaken workshop with us). If you only want to attend one day, you can attend Level 1 only however we strongly recommend attending the full weekend for the most deeply transformative experience.

* Q: Is lunch provided?

A: We will provide refreshment snacks on the break however no lunch meals will be included. We encourage you to eat a substantial breakfast to be fuelled for the day and you're welcome to bring your own additional snacks to eat on the break.

* Q: What is the minimum age to attend?

A: This is an R18 event. While Owaken Breathwork is safe for minors, it is best experienced as a private 1-on-1 experience tailored to the individual's needs.

* Q: I'm not sure if I want to attend these dates. When will the next one be?

A: We expect this to be our only tour dates for 2021. New dates will be announced in 2022. With this in mind, consider if it's worth waiting another year to attend or if you'd prefer to join us for the 2021 experience.

* Q: Can I attend this event on my own? With my partner? With someone I know?

A: Absolutely yes to all. We have many people attending by themselves, we have married couples, siblings, parents with children, young, old, all genders and races - all loving and respectful humans are celebrated and welcome. If you're attending with someone you know and want your own space, you can sit separately when you arrive. If you're there to emotionally support eachother and want to stick together, this is also welcome.

* Q: I'm pregnant. Can I attend this event?

A: No, at this time for safety reasons we advice against attending The Owakening and instead encourage you to explore working 1-on-1 with a trained and certified Breathwork practitioner or healer who can meet the personal needs of you and your baby.

* Q: I'm a sensitive empath. Is it ok to attend?

A: We are also sensitive empaths so you'll be in good company! If you are comfortable with being in groups and can maintain grounding while feeling energy & emotion around you, then absolutely yes this will be a powerful experience for you. Sensitives and deep feelers need to be supported and we're passionate about helping HSP's to thrive.

If you're on the spectrum and/or your sensitivity is so heightened that you're unable to focus on yourself in a group setting to a degree that causes severe stress & anxiety, it may be better to work with a trained & certified Breathwork practitioner or therapist 1-on-1.

* Q: Why is THE OWAKENING more expensive than previous Owaken Breathwork events?

A: This is an entirely new event that requires a different level of production for our team to create for you. Each day of the event is 2 hours longer than our previous events. We're investing in making this a truly life-changing weekend for our guests and our world-class team are committed to you having an amazing experience.

* Q: I'm in Wellington / Brisbane but there's no events listed. What are my options?

A: Due to levels of demand, we're only doing one weekend event in New Zealand and a one-day event in Queensland (on the Gold Coast). We would love to have you at our Auckland / Gold Coast event, in another state that suits you or at the next 4-Hour Virtual Workshop (dates to be announced for virtual workshops soon!)

* Q: This is way out of my budget. Do you offer scholarships or financial assistance if I still really want to attend?

A: Yes! We currently offer HEART TICKETS - our way of giving back to people in our community who we feel would really benefit from attending an event and are in genuine need of financial assistance to do so. Our Heart Tickets are paid for by our team or people in our community who have kindly donated funds to make these opportunities available to more of you! To apply, head to www.owaken.com/heartticket - you can expect to hear from us within 7 days to confirm whether you're eligible for a Heart Ticket.

* Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: No we do not offer refunds however you can transfer your ticket to a friend or family up to 12 hours before the event and notify us by email to info@owaken.com with your order # to confirm. Within 12 hours or less of the event, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
