Event description

The Wesley College community invites you to attend the unveiling of a Ross Bastiaan (OW1968) plaque to commemorate the VC action of Capt. Robert Grieve (OW1904) at the Battle of Messines in June 1917. This historic moment will take place on Sunday morning 9 July 2023 in the town square of Mesen, just south of Ypres in Belgium.

Wesley College Principal Nick Evans (OW1985) with other OWs and Wesley College representatives will be in attendance and welcome any OW or Wesley families in the area on the day to join.
