Own your power: self-defence for women.

Build confidence and learn practical skills in our women’s basic self-defence class. This hands-on session will teach you simple, effective techniques to protect yourself in real-life situations. Empower yourself with knowledge, awareness and the tools to stay safe. This 2.5 hour session is run by a female instructor, Anna, who believes with the right knowledge, attitude, skills and strategy we can effectively prevent and resist violence.
