Owner Leader Forum - 29th February 2024

After surveying our community, the topic in highest demand was a presentation on Succession Thinking from Bill.

We would like to invite you to our upcoming Owner Leader Forum, where Bill will take us on a deep dive of the five principles of Succession Thinking, and how they connect to your adapt journey.

We will look at the practical implementation of these principles and specifically how Owner Director teams and Organisation Leadership teams execute on them in service of building for resilience.

After Bill's presentation, we will break out into groups and continue the discussion.
