Owner Leader Forum - 9th May 2024

We invite you to join us at the upcoming adapt Owner-Leader Forum, where we will be hearing from Patrick Corr on the topic of “Vision Driven Legal Governance in SMEs”.

Patrick is a commercial lawyer, business owner and company director whose experience in each capacity is broad – from charities to SMEs to ASX listed companies. He has the battle scars to prove it!

Patrick Corr Legal was started in 2021 so that Patrick could focus his professional energy towards SMEs and the owners of SMEs. His vision includes helping business owners who are pursuing some vision/mission/purpose that might improve the world, even if just a little bit.

This has resulted in the Patrick Corr Legal offering intersecting with adapt and the adapt ecosystem.

At the last Owner-Leader Forum we heard about Succession Thinking, and the importance of ‘stewardship’ in creating a genuinely ‘resilient’ business. Patrick will build on this foundation by speaking about “Vision Driven Legal Governance in SMEs” and how legal governance can empower stewards as they embark on stewardship.

Patrick's presentation will be an exploration of how SME’s can approach ‘legal governance’ with a mindset that it will bolster the pursuit of Vision in the good times and protect it in more difficult times.

Expect an engaging presentation followed by breakout discussions, where we'll further explore the strategic approach SMEs can take towards legal governance for long-term success and protection.
