Walk One: EIT Campus, Littlemore, Oxford (10 max)
Exclusive tour for a limited group of people to view the new 300,000 sq ft campus, designed by Foster + Partners, which is currently under construction and will accommodate 7,000 people.

Walk Two: Oxford North, Oxford (25 max)
Hosted by the team at Oxford North, the walk provides delegates with an exclusive overview of a completed innovation district which converges science and technology located in Oxford.

Walk Three: Life and Mind Building (LAMB) (20 max)
Recently opened, this is the home to the University of Oxford’s Department of Experimental Psychology and Department of Biology, and at £200M+, one of Oxford’s largest construction projects.

Attendees will be delegates, sponsors, and many key stakeholders from the Oxfordshire property market. We are pleased to announce that the keynote speaker will be Philip Waddy, the OxProp Leader of the Year 2025 and former Chairman (now Consultant) of WWA.

- Can I attend the Walks and Dinner as a Non-UKPF Member?
Yes, you can, but you will have to pay the full amount. The alternative is to become a UKPF Member for £329+VAT for the discounted rate and access benefits. Contact info@ukpropertyforums.com
- Where will the Walking Tours start, and can I park near the venue?
We will try to start all the tours at Trinity College Oxford - however, this is subject to discussion with the Tour guides, and no parking is available at Trinity College. We strongly suggest you use public transport.
- What do I need to bring?
PPE will be provided by LOR for the EIT Walking Tour however, the other Walking Tours do not require you to bring anything - maybe just an umbrella.
- I would like to stay at Trinity College, Oxford. Who should I contact, and what is the cost of a room?
Yes, accommodation is available for attendees of the OxProp Summit. The cost is £110.51 + VAT per night for a single en-suite room with bed and breakfast. To make a booking, please contact conference@trinity.ox.ac.uk directly. Payment is made directly to Trinity College, Oxford.
