This isn’t your traditional sit-down masterclass. We’re keeping things casual, social and fun while tasting our way through a selection of beautiful wines alongside freshly shucked oysters.

Across the afternoon, we’ll explore six different wines and oyster pairings, chatting about what makes a great match and how acidity, salinity, texture and flavour can completely change what’s in your glass — and on your plate.

You’ll also have the opportunity to get hands-on and learn how to shuck your own oysters, with some tips and guidance to help you master the technique at home.

Expect plenty of oysters, great wine and interesting pairings, with enough wine knowledge thrown in that you’ll hopefully leave knowing a little more than when you arrived. No wine expertise or oyster-shucking experience required — just come ready to taste, shuck, chat and enjoy.
