We believe that knowledge is meant to be shared. Mycology is a highly understudied mega science. One we feel that many creative minds working to solve simple to complex problems with the infinite potential of fungi could have profound effects on the regeneration of our great mother earth.

These are 100% practical workshops breaking down the step-by-step creation of a mushroom growing system at home. You do not need a garden or a yard for this system. These workshops cover the basics on growing edible gourmet fungi, a great starting point to expand into the world of mycology.

What is mycelium?
Mycelium is the vegetative state of fungi, the network that spans underground and throughout woody debris breaking down and collecting nutrients. It is the foundation for mushrooms to grow. We will be demonstrating the easiest method we have found to grow mushrooms at home. We want to make this super easy and affordable so everyone can experience the joy and wonder of watching mushrooms grow, harvesting and cooking them up from the freshest most vibrant point. 

There will be mushroom kits available for sale at the workshops.
