Oysters In The House is a one-day spectacular celebrating two of New South Wales’ most iconic culinary heroes: The Sydney Rock Oyster and NSW Semillon.

The full line-up of oyster farmers from across NSW has just landed for Oysters in the House, Shell House’s blockbuster Vivid event and what may be the closest thing to completing the East Coast Oyster Trail under one roof in the heart of Sydney this June Long Weekend.

Batemans Bay Oysters • The Oyster Shed • Broadwater Oysters • Wapengo Organic Oysters • Signature Oysters • Sandingroove Oysters • Appellation Oysters • Sapphire Coast Oysters • East 33 • Wheelers Oysters • Sweetwater Oysters • Rock Oyster Depot • Empire Bay Oysters

A true oyster pilgrimage under one roof, the festival spans celebrated oyster regions from Merimbula, Pambula, Wapengo on the Sapphire Coast to the Clyde River, Shoalhaven, Port Stephens and Forster-Tuncurry, offering guests the chance to taste the distinct merroir of each while embarking on a metaphorical journey up Australia's East
