Oz: A Political Satire
Event description
‘To the future, or to the past, to a time when thought is free, a time when truth exists’. It is Kansas at the turn of the millennium, and Dorothy recognises she is witnessing the end of freedom as she knows it. In search of her liberation, she embarks down the Yellow-Brick Road on a magical journey of terror and love.
Along the way, she meets a party of wacky characters, all with their own motives for accompanying her on her journey. Their destination? Oz and the Emerald City. To meet Oz, the unlikely band of heroes must conquer the Wicked Witch, but in doing so they discover the dark secrets of the Emerald City.
