P&F Welcome Evening

The Clayfield College P&F Assocation invites all parents and caregivers to their Welcome Evening to celebrate the start of the 2025 school year.

Date: Friday 7 February 2025

Time: 5:30pm to 7:30pm

Location: Clayfield College Courtyard

RSVP: Sunday 2 February 2025 for catering purposes. 

Refreshments will be provided. This is a complimentary event, hosted by our P&F Association, open to all new and continuing families. 

Supervision of Children 

To enable as many of our community members to attend this event, there will be supervision (which includes dinner) available for: 

• children that attend Clayfield College (Pre-Prep to Year 12) 

• siblings of Clayfield College students, so long as they are at least five years of age and are comfortable to be left in the care of others.  

Registration is essential and can be completed via the 'Buy Tickets' option. There is a nominal cost to cover dinner expenses. 

Conditions 

• Parents/caregivers must pre-register their children, so that adequate levels of staffing can be arranged, and dietary requirements provided.
• Parents/caregivers must sign-in their children from 5:30pm (Primary - Assembly Hall, Secondary - MU2), and sign-out their children by no later than 7:30pm (Primary) and 7:45pm (Secondary).
• Save for using the bathrooms, children are to remain in the allocated areas until such time as they are signed out by their parents/caregivers.
