Bring the family along for one of the South-East’s most loved community event — the P&G Real Estate Easter Carnival is back and is bigger and better! Hosted by P&G Real Estate for the 12th year running, to thank the community for entrusting and supporting our family run business.
Get ready for a fun and affordable day out with your family and enjoy the unmissable Easter Egg Hunt, meet the Easter Bunny, carnival rides, petting zoo, pony rides, music and performances from amazingly talented children from our community, food trucks, and market stalls. Children can take part in our FREE Easter Egg Hunts running throughout the day, with 20,000 chocolate eggs waiting to be discovered!

Tickets are limited to manage crowd sizes and ensure every child has a great experience — book early to secure your preferred hunt session, as they do book out!
Important: To ensure all get an ample amount of eggs, each child can attend only one Hunt for the day. Registrations are essential.
Being an outdoor event, please don't forget to account for sun protection as there is limited shade available at the venue. This event will run weather permitting.

FAQs
- Is entry to the carnival free?
Yes! Entry to the carnival is free for all families. Some activities such as rides, pony rides and certain attractions require tickets or passes.
- Do I need to register to attend?
No registration is required to enter the carnival. However, egg hunts do require pre-booking.
- Is the event suitable for all ages?
Yes! The carnival is designed for families with children of all ages, with activities, rides and entertainment throughout the day.
- I can no longer attend, what should I do?
If you can no longer attend the Easter Egg Hunt that you had booked, please email marketing@pgrealestate.au so that we can cancel your spot and allow others to register as we do anticipate that these time slots will book out.
- Will photography be happening at the event?
Yes. Photography and videography will take place throughout the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please speak with event staff.
- Is there parking available?
There are limited car parking spaces in the car park and we expect these to fill early. Street parking is available around Berwick Springs Football Oval on Ashmore Avenue, Wallingford Place, Champagne Grove and Berwick Springs Promenade.
- What if it rains?
In the event of rain forecast for the day, the event will be postponed. Those registered will be emailed with any relevant updates, and these will also be shared on our social media pages and website.
- Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are permitted to attend the event, but must be kept on a lead at all times.
- Can I pay cash on the day?
No, this event is a cash free event.
- Is the event wheelchair/pram friendly?
Yes, the event is accessible for prams and wheelchairs, although please note this event does take place on a grass oval which may not be suitable for some models.
- Are there toilets?
Yes, there are toilets available onsite.
Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to this event you agree to the below terms and conditions:
1. Entry and Supervision
· Adult Supervision: All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied and actively supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. The Organiser does not take responsibility for unsupervised minors.
· Proof of Age: The Organiser reserves the right to request government-issued photo ID to verify age for entry or specific activities.
· Right of Refusal: Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who behaves in a threatening, disruptive, or unsafe manner.
2. Health and Safety
· Compliance with Directions: Patrons must follow all reasonable directions from carnival staff and obey all posted safety signage.
· Ride Restrictions: Access to rides is subject to height, age, and weight restrictions set by manufacturers. Staff decisions on eligibility are final.
· Prohibited Items: For safety, items such as glass, alcohol, illicit substances, and dangerous weapons are strictly prohibited on-site.
3. Liability and Risk Warning
· Assumption of Risk: By entering the event, patrons acknowledge that carnival activities involve inherent risks of injury.
· Waiver of Liability: To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and Fair Trading Act 2012 (Vic), the Organiser is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property, except in cases of gross negligence.
· Indemnity: Parents/guardians agree to indemnify the Organiser against any claims arising from the acts or omissions of the children in their care.
4. Child Safety Commitment
· Zero Tolerance: We are a child-safe organisation with zero tolerance for child abuse. All staff and volunteers comply with the Victorian Child Safe Standards and hold valid Working with Children Checks.
· Reporting: Any concerns regarding child safety should be reported immediately to the event's designated Child Safety Officer at the ticket counter.
5. Media and Privacy
· Photography/Filming: By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed, please notify a P&G Real Estate staff member.
· Data Collection: Personal information collected during ticket booking will be handled in accordance with the Victorian Privacy Laws.
6. Ticketing and Refunds
· Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law (e.g., event cancellation). No refunds will be provided if a patron is removed for misconduct. In the event that the Easter Carnival is cancelled due to bad weather, pre-purchased ride passes will be refunded.
Transferability: Tickets must not be resold for a premium. Unauthorised resale may result in the ticket being cancelled without a refund.
7. Prohibited Items
· As this is a family event held in a public space, the following are prohibited: political, religious or offensive items such as, but not limited to, flags, clothing, banners, signs and symbols which may be used for a political or religious protest, or for any racial, discriminatory or offensive purpose.
