Pa'a: Unshakeable Foundation course and Introduction to Lomi Lomi
Event description
Pa'a: Unshakeable Foundation course and Introduction to Lomi Lomi
I respectfully acknowledge the traditional custodians of the Country in which we are upon and all elders past, present and emerging. I am grateful for the permission given to conduct these Hawaiian practices here.
Summary:
A powerful journey from dawn to dusk with Ancient Hawaiian knowledge, in and around the beautiful Hilton Sanctuary, near Fremantle to reconnect to your Unshakeable Foundation and introduce you to the healing massage of Lomi Lomi.
Would you like an Unshakeable Foundation?
- and be ready no matter what or who comes your way
As the ancient mo’olelo tells us “We are all born with a perfect bowl of light”. This one day Intensive will help you do the work to reconnect to your bowl of light.
Are you already practising, or are you interested in healing modalities? Do you feel uncertain, anxious as to what to do, drained, etc?
Learn why a solid foundation is essential and what are the layers that it is built upon. On this foundation, you will also begin to develop the practise of Lomi Lomi, a deep, flowing and unique massage that heals Spirit, Mind and Body - in that order.
Where does this knowledge come from?
I am taught this 51-generations old knowledge by Kumu Pa’a Lawrence Kalainia Kamani Aki, and Kumu Pa’a Kawika Foster. They are both teachers of Unshakeable Foundation and the lineage is from the Halawa valley on the Hawaiian island of Molokai. I have been given the permission, and the responsibility, to teach.
What happens on the day?
We will start at dawn and journey together till dusk. There will be time to rest, to process, to swim and eat.
We will learn the layers of our Unshakeable Foundation in a dynamic teaching style.
We will perform Protocol, Pule, a group Ho’oponopono session (making very right), Kapu Kai (salt water cleansing), Sharing of Aloha, a basic Lomi Lomi massage (including set up) - and gain a deeper understanding as to what these are, and what they are not.
How much does it cost?
If you are inspired but cannot healthily afford the $280 that this course is worth, I invite you to apply for a scholarship.
If you are ready to do the hana, I look forward to your application.
If you have questions, please ask - I appreciate your interest.
