PACE Launchpad: Redefining Leadership
Event description
PACE Launchpad: Redefining Leadership
This event invites migrant and refugee women, non-binary, trans, and gender-diverse people to connect, explore, and redefine leadership in their own way. Hosted at State Library Victoria, the three-hour event brings together the vibrant PACE network and welcomes new friends of migrant and refugee women who share a passion for creating change.
This event shares some reflections on the PACE Leadership program and facilitates an empowering panel discussion with PACE graduates sharing their positive community impacts, and tips on achieving their advocacy and employment goals. Participants will also be invited to engage in a shared vision exercise. Throughout the event and over lunch, participants will be invited to chat to representatives from different organisations offering services and resources that might be relevant for participants' employment and advocacy goals.
Whether you are a part of the PACE network or looking to connect with like-minded changemakers, this event is your opportunity to celebrate diversity, build connections, and redefine leadership together.
