These sessions will provide education on PACE, how the new NDIS system will function and what providers can expect with differences in operation from the previous system.

PACE will eventually replace the NDIA’s current computer system. We want to make sure National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) providers are ready to support participants when NDIS plans start to be created on the PACE system later this year.

In this session we will:

- Deliver an overview of PACE

- Examine the key change areas for providers, including system, practice and process changes to be aware of

Providers will have the opportunity to ask questions relating to PACE.

Sessions are delivered via video-conference using Microsoft Teams, and are offered over multiple dates to allow flexibility for attendees.

Each session covers the same content, and attendees should only register for one session.

Registrations close 5 business days prior to the session date or once tickets have sold out. We only accept individual registrations for events to ensure all attendees receive links to join.

The day before the event, login details will be sent to the email address you provide at registration, so please ensure you enter your email address correctly when registering.

Accessibility is important to us. If you have accessibility requirements, please advise when registering. A minimum of five business days' notice is required to book Auslan interpreters and live captioning services.
