Event description

Learn about the importance of fruit and vegies for kids, get tips for packing a healthy lunchbox, label reading and healthy alternatives to pre-packaged snacks.

After the session, each parent takes home a free resource kit packed with information and goodies to get started.

Light refreshments will be provided after the presentation
