Paddle & Groove - Concert Series on the Maumee River
Black Swamp Conservancy has a great new way for you to enjoy a summer evening in Toledo!
Join us one Wednesday per month from July through September, as we board a band onto a pontoon boat and take off down the river.
Paddle along and enjoy live music on the open water by renting a kayak from Maumee Tackle Fishing & Kayaking Outfitters for $45 or bringing your own boat (kayak or canoe only) for $15. Children under 18 must be in a tandem kayak or canoe with an adult.
The events will take place from 5:30 – 7:30 pm. Come early to unload and launch your boat or to get your kayak rental ready.
July 24th Shamarr Allen (New Orleans trumpet player without boundaries)
August 14th Charlie Millard Band (Keyboard-driven powerhouse trio from northern Michigan)
September 11th Ben Gage Band (Original folk-rock music from Cleveland)
