Description

In the lead up to the 2025 Oceanic Palliative Care Conference in Brisbane, Queensland, we are offering you the opportunity to explore Brisbane’s paediatric palliative care services in this guided half-day tour.

Join us for a visit to Queensland Children's Hospital, where you will hear from the team at the Queensland Children's Hospital and Kerry Gordon - Founder of Precious Wings. You will also visit Hummingbird House - Queensland's only children's Hospice.

Transport will be provided to and from the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, along with morning tea.
