Curious about a career in paediatrics? Come on down and help us celebrate the challenges and rewards of caring for little patients in this special panel event. Hear from an inspiring panel of doctors and health professionals about their career pathways, training experiences, and the rewarding (and sometimes challenging!) realities of working with children and families.

The night will include:

Since our foundation in 1946, The Western Australian Medical Students' Society (WAMSS) has been the peak representative body of UWA medical students. We represent students at UWA-based Committees, Medical School meetings, and to other stakeholders including the AMA (WA).

Throughout the year, WAMSS runs events to promote community engagement, student welfare and health advocacy. Our events include the Annual Medical Dinner, Panel Nights, Socials and Red Party Charity.

Over time, WAMSS has grown into a large and vibrant organisation. At its core there remains the values of representation and inclusion of all medical students in the pursuit of a truly unique medical student experience.
