Damn good paella.
Start strong, with a mediterranean pour, then head to the Barrel Hall to taste a medley of French and Spanish cheeses, matched with Juniper Estate and Higher Plane Wines (alt varietals and museum releases), with notes from winemaker Andy Bretherton. The night continues with an open-pan paella demo by Arnout of the Gourmet Food Merchant, flavours include chicken, seafood and fresh veggies, cooked up, while you enjoy a beautiful grazing board loaded with gourmet good stuff and live music to soundtrack your evening. A laid back, casual cocktail mediterranean feast, with free-flowing wines throughout the night, made for sharing with the best people. (That means you.)
