Featuring artists, writers, designers and communities from across the Arkipelago of the Philippines and the Australian continent, with additional works collected from the U.S. and European diasporas.

Pagbasa is a living archive that continues to grow through the strength and contributions of its community of artists, supporters, researchers and kababayans.

Saluhan Collective was created to establish a network between creatives in Australia and the Philippines and has since expanded to include collaborative projects that combine arts and community development.
