Event description
‘Paint a Sneaker’ installation - Meet Tamar Dolev - Bayside City Council Open Studios
Bayley Arts is an innovative and inclusive purpose-built art space for the community to create, learn and connect through art. Located on Avoca Street next to Advantage Road, our newly established building boasts cutting edge art studios and a professional exhibition space.
11am to 3pm Come visit our latest exhibition Urban Jungle, a whimsical exhibition of paintings, drawings, and sculpture by artists Tamar Dolev, Louise Taffs and Emi Tiernan. The exhibition encapsulates the unique perspectives of each artists’ personal experience in which they use their urban environment as a source of inspiration. Bridges, roads, apartment blocks, palm trees, and the animals they live with or meet at the park, become vehicles for abstract compositions, bold colours, pattern, shape and line.
11am to 2pm Meet exhibiting artist Tamar Dolev and contribute to a fun ‘sneaker art’ installation, in the exhibition Urban Jungle. Suitable for all ages.
