The Brown Girl Collective is thrilled to be collaborating with Nitasha from Lost Chitrakaar to bring you Paint and Pause. Step into a slow and intentional afternoon where art becomes a mirror, and creativity becomes a balm.

At the heart of this session lies the Peace Mandala, a powerful symbol of inner calm, clarity, and self-connection. With no art experience needed, you'll be gently guided to explore what peace, safety, and self-expression look like for you, using soothing mandala art as your anchor.

A grounding 2-minute meditation to begin
Burning Bowl Ritual: Release what no longer serves you
Guided Mandala Painting with introspective prompts
Ambient music & herbal scents to set the vibe
Journaling & affirmation cards to deepen reflection
Optional sharing circle or “note to the universe” wall to close
