Included in the night:
- Artistic tutelage and all of the paints, canvas and brushes required to help you craft a masterpiece you can't wait to display in your home.
- Four fine wines and professional tutelage. As a trained sommelier, Ann Marie will teach you how to taste wine like a pro; including the fundamentals of how to properly taste & assess wine (*Each wine retails ~$40 a bottle).
- As a trained wellbeing practitioner - Ann Marie will also weave some simple mindfulness practices into the night to help you get out of your head and feel into your heart to help you slow down, feel lighter and more joyful; and feel supported and unconstrained as you craft your own masterpiece.
- Fun, laughter and joy and delight.

No previous artistic / painting experience is required.
Art is highly subjective; so my aim is for you to feel encouraged to paint from your heart - so your creation will be majestically yours - HeART-Full and unique - just like you! I"ll help you paint realstically, impressionistically or abstractly - whatever you're drawn to.
I’ll have several exampls with me on the night; and I'll help guide you in your colour selection, assist you with your application technique and suggest both playful & mindful options to help you fully enjoy this creative & fun evening.
This is a paint & sip with a masterful twist - Come ready to learn, explore, laugh and have fun. No experience necessary - there is a hidden artist in us all!
Please Note: We will be enjoying the mindful exploration & enjoyment of fine wine. I personally believe that when enjoyed responsibly, wine can be a joy in every day life and part of a life well-lived. It's one of my passions to share about the difference of Australia's extraordinary regions and varietals. Each participant will receive approx 240ml of wine on the night. Wine will come in a re-sealable pouch you can take away, should you not want to drink it all on the one night.
* This event will be held in the 'pool room' of the Inspire9 (AKM Building - 41-43 Stewart St Richmond). Arrive from 5:45 for a 6:00 start.
** Wear loose, comfortable clothing you won’t mind getting paint on! Acrylic paint can come out of clothing but it's better if you aren't in your finest.
