Paint & Sip Bubble Tea - Ages 18-25
Description
Need a break from study or going through a tough time? Take some time to relax, focus on creativity, and enjoy a free refreshing bubble tea, snacks, and good company.
Ages 18-25 are welcome. Bring your friends along or meet some new people!
Join us at The Living Room, a new drop-in wellbeing space at Curtin University (Building 401, Room 161)
New to painting? Don't worry - you can give it a go, and we'll be there to help :)
At The Living Room, students can de-stress, find support, and chat with trained Peer Support Advisors who can help you figure things out. No problem is too small, and you can chat about things like missing home, cost of living stress, assignment stress, relationship drama, and more! The Living Room is open on Monday to Friday, 10am-2pm.
At headspace Cannington, we offer free services for young people aged 12-25 who have mild to moderate mental health challenges. We are near Westfield Carousel on Albany Highway, on Whadjuk Noongar boodja near Djarlgarra (Canning River). Our services include counselling, fun events, mental health workshops, and information booths.
Please note this is not a counselling space, or 'group therapy', rather a social space to meet new people run by headspace Cannington's Community Engagement Team. Your registration is kept confidential and can only be seen by headspace staff.
headspace centres are funded by Primary Health Networks via the Australian Department of Health where we provide de-identified information to capture the work we do! By signing up, you consent to headspace Cannington providing de-identified information about your participation to our Primary Health Network and The Living Room.
