The Art of Insight has teamed up with artist Rebecca Kate to bring you an afternoon of bubbly painting.
Tessa from The Art of Insight is an Occupational Therapist specialising in Art Therapy. She has facilitated various mindful art workshops and creative women's circles. Beck is a renowned surf coast artist who shares The Art of Insight's passion of allowing people a safe space to express themselves using art.
Let go with the two of us for the afternoon, with meditation, flowing paints, and of course, wine!
No pressure necessary, no artistic background needed.
The Art of Insight's workshops are held in Geelong, Victoria.
Our special venue is within the KO Studio (if there are any changes to venues you will be notified immediately).
Light snacks are always provided.
BYO alcohol (arrange lifts home accordingly.)
There's no need to bring anything but your choice of bubbles and a creative spirit.
