Have you always wanted to create a striking horse painting but weren't sure where to start? Join award-winning artist Toni-Lynn Avis (BFA) for a fun and inspiring acrylic painting workshop where you'll learn how to create a beautiful horse head portrait in just three hours.
Designed for beginners and emerging artists alike, this hands-on workshop will guide you through the process of transforming a prepared canvas into a vibrant, eye-catching artwork. Toni-Lynn will share her expertise in colour theory, composition, and the key elements that make a painting truly stand out, while providing step-by-step instruction in a relaxed and supportive environment.
All materials are supplied, including a horse head template, pre-prepared canvas, paints, and equipment, so you can simply arrive ready to paint and enjoy the creative experience.
Hosted in the Armadale Society of Artists' spacious, well-lit studio gallery, the workshop also offers the opportunity to view artwork by six resident creatives and enjoy a cuppa after your session.
