Toi Kai Rawa Trust is the Bay of Plenty’s Regional Māori economic development organisation with the mission to awaken, weave and incubate solutions to ignite Māori economies across the wider Bay of Plenty region.

Toi Kai Rawa has a strong track record for delivering bespoke economic development initiatives across Māori land development, Māori business networks, rangatahi Māori and Māori communities through co-design, rapid prototyping, scaling up and successful deployment.

Our vision is that Māori living in the boundaries of Toi are awakening the flame of potential as they take successive generations into the future.
