Palestine Under Siege film (57min): Three people, Dr Peter Slezak, whose parents were holocaust survivors, Rand Darwish a Palestinian student activist and Lee Rhiannon a former Federal greens Senator, travelled from Sydney to Palestine to investigate Israel’s accelerating colonisation of Palestinian land.
The film was captured in the West Bank, East Jerusalem and '48 territories, it takes you into the heart of the struggle for Palestinian self-determination. Survivors of Al Nakba and Jewish allies share their experiences and insights in fighting Zionism, exposing the impact of Al Nakba and settler colonialism, and dismantling Israeli apartheid. Some footage was captured on unceded First Nations lands of so-called 'Sydney'.
