RECONNECT is a day retreat designed to ground you, clear creative stagnation, and help you return to yourself — presented by OUTSIDERS in partnership with THESPY HOUSE. We’re heading just outside the city for a scenic hike along the Palisades’ Long Path, followed by a breathwork and journaling circle led by Nicole Johnson.

This experience is built for artists, creatives, and anyone seeking clarity, presence, and inspiration. We’ll move intentionally through the forest, reflect beside dramatic Hudson River views, and settle into a restorative practice to release tension and reignite your inner spark.

This isn’t about performance. It’s about presence.

EVENT TIMELINE:
📍 10:00 AM – Meet at The Standard Biergarten (Meatpacking)
🚌 10:30 AM – Depart NYC
🥾 11:15 AM – Arrive and begin hike along the Long Path
🧘‍♀️ 1:00 PM – Guided breathwork & journaling session with Nicole Johnson
🧺 2:30 PM – Light snacks & grounding circle
🚌 3:30 PM – Depart back to NYC
🗽 ~4:30 PM – Arrive in NYC
