The day will also include a gentle yoga practice with Karen Gunter from Yoga Garage ( so please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes. Throughout the day there will be opportunities to learn from each other and from others who work with grief and loss, including End of Life Doula, Helen Roberts ( with a focus on how to develop self-compassion and avoid burnout. A delicious lunch from Organic Cafe in Stirling is included and for those who would like to, we will finish the day with a glass of bubbles.
